We are a small team and we are not hiring at this moment. The roles below are ones we know we will open, written down so you can decide whether to get in touch early rather than wait for a posting.
What we will be hiring for.
These are not postings and there is no process behind them yet. They are here so that someone who would be right for one of them can say so before we start looking.
- AI engineer, multi-agent systems and evaluation
- The assessment engine and the evaluation harness that measures false positive rates and how well calibrated our confidence actually is. Without the measurement the position cannot earn trust.
- Developer advocate or growth engineer
- Documentation, the marketplace listing, and technical writing that is worth reading. In a bottom-up motion this is acquisition, not marketing overhead.
- Go to market, sales assist
- Converting and expanding the teams that self-serve will not close on their own. Inherits a playbook rather than inventing one.
- Backend engineer, cost and reliability
- Model routing, prompt caching and inference cost governance. An economics role wearing an engineering title, and the reason the browser tier can stay priced where it is.
How we work.
- Small enough that everyone is answerable for something specific.
- The evaluation loop is the product. Anyone who ships a change to the engine also ships the measurement that proves it helped.
- We say what we did not check. That applies internally as much as it applies on a pull request.
